I love it it's really good and amazing

I really loved this sofa. It looks very nice and modern, just like the photo. It's comfortable to sit on and also to sleep on. I put it together myself and it was easy; it didn't take long. The faux leather wipes down quickly and looks like new. For the price, it's totally worth it. If you're looking for something functional and good-looking, I recommend it.

This was a bit smaller than expected. The handles do not stick to the side. Only 2 adults can sit on it at once.

I was looking at two similar looking pieces and ended up going with the other option. Somehow the app didn’t take this one off my cart and I ended up buying both. The other one came in first and I realized I got both by mistake and tried to cancel the order for this one. Turns out it was too late because it was already on the way. I reached out and asked to cancel it. They told me it was ok but that I would have to not only take it to the post office but also pay to return it. I explained that I order online so I won’t have to go out of my way to get something I want and that going out of my way to return something I didn’t want was super inconvenient and they didn’t care. I figured I would keep them both to not have to do all the extra work or have to pay. When it came in I immediately noticed how much better the other one was. This is super cheap and I almost broke it putting it together. It has plastic legs keeping it from literally braking in half and the middle backrest was a pain to put in. I hated the entire processes and would not recommend getting this product at all. From the product itself to the costumer service, it just sucks all the way around.

I got this for my sister. Took about an hour to assemble. Good design, it's easy to fold the seat down. But there were two things about it, though not showstoppers, a buyer should be aware of. First, this sofa is very low to the ground, so when you sit on it, it takes more effort to stand up. I am going to add 3" wood blocks under the legs to fix this. Second, the cupholder cushion folds into the sofa BUT it then sticks up maybe 1/2 of an inch. It's not level with the rest of the couch. I could get to sleep by laying on my side and avoiding it. But I don’t know why they didn’t make that cushion thinner so it would fold flush. (???) I included a picture from the ad, which is exactly what it looks like after assembly. My sister selected it, so I just ordered it for her. She's fine with it. We aren’t returning it because it was a good deal, is attractive and soft, and does the job (also, I do NOT want to disassemble it!) But those are two things that would make it better - hopefully the manufacturer will read this review. In addition to the "flush cushion" change, I would make the legs telescopic.

I loved how it's packaged in one box and easy to assemble. However it's not functional unless being used for children or small persons. There is no reason this company couldn't simply offer legs that are a bit longer to make this futon actually usable. Standard sit height for 20" this is 14" If you sit on it your knees / thighs will be angled up and any coffee / end table will be significantly higher than the person sitting on the couch. Simple fix to include LONGER legs as an option. Title should include this is for children.
