I bought this straight from their website, but wanted to put a review here also. It has only been 2 nights, so I will update it after a couple months hopefully. When I bought this, it was much to my wife's annoyance at spending a thousand dollars on it, then it got here, I set it up, which was quick and easy, and she fell in love when she felt the cold bed stay cold. We both already can tell we slept better, though we are still finding our ideal temperatures. The only change I would like to see is feet that lift it higher with better bottom vents. I custom cut an old box to support the feet but then have a hole under all the venting, and cut out the sides and made channels to direct the hot air out. Increasing the bottom venting made a MASSIVE difference in its cooling capabilities, it cools faster, and holds it better when you are in the bed.Edit : so it's real problem lies in 1 needing cleaning really frequently for the hosing, not a huge deal, just an inconvenience, but the new model fixes that with uv cleaning for the inside, 2 the straps that are supposed to hold this on are terrible, I would really like to see the pad built into a deep pocket fitted sheet and 3 it's durability, we had it develop leaks on one side that made it unusable.

If I could rate at zero stars I would. The product itself when we received it was used, covered in scars and bruises. In addition to that, it didn’t work properly. In fact, it caused a worse nights sleep, rather than a better one. There are tiny tubes that run underneath your body, transporting the water. You could actually feel and hear the water moving beneath your body which is for some, disturbing. The sensations was very bothersome for us. My husband and I, after several years of sleep trouble, decided to make the thousand dollar wager on this product based on the 60 day guarantee outlined clearly on the product website. If you were buying the product through Amazon, consider it null and void. They will not back the product up and refused to issue our refund. Based on everything that they claim on the website we thought we had 60 days to try out the product, which we were willing to give a fair shot. Too bad! We were told we are basically out of our money and we can look forward to spending yet another thousand dollars on a new model that they have coming out in the future. I’d rather choke on that thousand dollars and give it to this poor company. Really!? Rather than assisting with the refund, which should have been issued based on the claims on their website, they offered to ““ allow us to spend another thousand dollars on a new product release coming up?! Somebody is in for a lesson when it comes to customer service, along with flat out lying through their claim is made on their website. Unless you want to feel like you’re sleeping on a bed of worms, My husband and I highly recommend that you try out one of the more affordable options available through Amazon, many of which at this point, have better ratings. I also would be willing to bet that you would receive better customer service from the product manufacturer… I would almost guarantee it.

It did not work as you we thought it would. Bought the king size dual zone, the mattress protector, tried different sheets, covers, even a Eucolyptis down type cooling type comforter and sheets. Did not help. Question and for thought you have 2 cooling units that exchange heat/exchangers that are to cool or heat the unit and the pad. The cooling units produce some heat and enough to notice when you go from one room back to same room you feel it. Approx. 3-4 degrees by morn. I bought it for my wife for hot flashes and found that I had to keep my side on and kept lowering the temp. so I would not sweat till my side was 65, her side we would set at lowest setting and turn on 1 hr. even 2 hrs. before and she would still be hot and temp. displayed would be 65-67 in the a.m. not low- 55 as set. Maybe should of tried the twin size but not so sure it will work. Did set up as instructions said. Returned product within one month. Not happy and do not reccomend
