It's totally worth it.

This is my go to one-a-day to ensure I’m getting all of the essential vitamins I need. There aren’t a bunch of additional ingredients and it helps keep my immune system healthy. It’s been a great quality multivitamin and helps me maintain my energy level. The size of the capsule is probably medium to large, but I don’t feel like it’s hard to swallow at all.

Its been a week of taking this vitamin daily, and I can report that there is no smell or taste, which makes the swallowing quick and easy. I have not experienced any upset stomach, and I am hoping that positive thinking, increased energy, feeling better, and looking healthier are all true.

I've been buying these Nature Made Multivitamin For Her for many years, on the basis of Nature Made's good reputation. Unfortunately, I've recently found out they are the very reason I feel so sick and weak all the time! They contain lots and lots of B12 and Folate, but outside of Nature Made's own website, nothing in the descriptions online says it's not methylated. Why any reputable vitamin company would continue to use non-methylated formulas, when MTHFR gene mutation is so common, I don't know. But I'm never buying them again. It's just more garbage for my overworked kidneys to flush out.

Seems like good quality. A little large, but nothing bad for an adult.
