Excellent knives that cut very well, beautifully finished

Outstanding quality and performance. A design treasure.

I bought these knives to match my forks/knives/spoons. Like the regular cutlery set - stunning, weighty and comfortable. The teeth on the steak knives are among the sharpest I've used. Light cutlery is a pet hate of mine, and the weight in these alone is an assurance of the quality. At the same time, they're not at all uncomfortable to hold. I bought a whole load of new tableware and kitchenware and used Robert Welch for most of it. Expensive? Yes, but you get what you pay for. These will last years. I've been using them for around a month now, handwashing and polishing afterwards. They've maintained the finish finish well and there's hardly a scuff or scratch on them. They are safe for dishwasher use but I prefer not to take the chance. Almost everyone who has used them so far has positively commented on them.

These knives are fabulous. They are solid, comfortable to hold, sharp and cut extremely well. Wash nicely in the dishwasher. I shall be getting another set as I initially only bought 4 to try them first.

We bought RW cutlery/knife block many years ago & highly rate them. They withstand repeated use. These are quite a heavy knife & ideal for meat eaters. As with all R Welch well made & attractive product.
