This does help with pain. Not much needed. I have used it on my head, neck and whatever else seems to be aching at the moment.

I like this product, I like it's natural ingredients. Don't so much like the way the product is packaged. It is much like Vicks vapor rub in that aspect but I hate having to do my fingers in. However, the product itself works. No heavy smell and it's not to burny for forehead application.
