This is a well-built torch head.
I use this to get my wood stove fired up, and it works perfectly for that, saving a lot of time. It has a nice heft to it and a nice feel, and seems like it is well built and should be good and durable. It definitely puts out more than enough easy-to-focus heat to get a fire going quickly, and would likely do fine for any other job that takes a good torch. The one thing that might be nice is if there was a way to adjust the air mix other than sliding the little metal shield over the holes in the center of the out-feed, but then anything like that would more costly, and I'd have probably not bought it.

Works well, haven't had issues, quality is okay
Okay I want to love the torch but the little metal collar used to adjust airflow to the flame is flimsy and mine warped. It's not the biggest issue, I tried to bring it back to true with pliers but didn't have any luck. Being wrapped makes the flame tip a little less clean and a little less defined. It lets too much air leak into the system but not so much that it makes a huge difference. It's easy to use but the dial is touchy; you think you have the flame just how you want it then let it go and it goes out or comes blasting out. You have to make sure you don't push or pull the knob as you adjust otherwise you run that risk. It's worth the price and looks nice. The flame can get pretty hot and has a good length to it when you open it up. I'd buy it again.

Melts soft glass with
Best frigging torch i own... still. Even bought one for my roommate because he constantly steals mine 🙃 I have gone through many many torches in my time and this the best thing ive ever owned for oil burning needs and light glass blowing work. Softens and almost Melts Pyrex with ease... great entry level torch for people wanting to try glass blowing but cant afford to risk investing in the craft just to find they aren't readyetc.

Works good
Very nice, works great just doesn't have a concentrated flame that comes to a point if you understand what I mean. It has a wide flame with no way to really adjust it. You can adjust it a little but not much.

Rugged enough to last long periods of use
I use this thing for hours and hours at a time with very few breaks I've burned up almost every commercially accessible towards head on the market after about 2 or 3 weeks. Now I've only had this for about that long but so far it is run trouble free and stays pretty cool to the touch while you're using it.

FLAMETHROWER Holly Molly!
Solid brass looks very healthy, not weak in any way. Highly adjustable flame hard to vary soft. I own 5 torches this by far will be the best. Only draw back is it dose not have a self starter, but big deal!! Whats the big deal the flame is. It heats fast. And If I were you Id also get an extension line with it perhaps for a BBQ tank too. Cant say enouph about the price and quality. Will see how it handles time... will tell. Get one!

What a blast!!! More heat than any other propane torch I have ever had (currently have 3 others). Perfect for blistering chili skins as well as soldering pipe, starting charcoal, etc. Great Product

I attached it to a fresh canister of gas and checked if it was operational, which it was, then I disengaged it and walked away to get something. It then exploded at the base of the torch while I was away from it. Thank god I wasn't holding or using it.

I have two of the Berzomatic torches that I tried to use to braze aluminum. I was fixing aluminum patio chairs. This torch was far more superior and had a lot more heat. This torch allowed me to finish the job properly. Solid and Hot. I recommend this torch.

Torch head is pretty beefy, the connector ring very light aluminum. The flame was big and loud and hot; annihilated aluminum, copper, and glass very quickly. Also woke up my wife. For 20 bucks it's blazing hot. Initial torch had a bit of a leak; after turning off the valve, the mercaptan from the propane sort of wafted around. Contacted seller, they provided a replacement asap. Was very pleased with that. The instruction card states not to leave the torch on the tank when it's off; i assume that's because of some leakage, which isn't ideal at all. Have to pick it up and put it down many times in a session. Running the torch with the adjustment turned to lower areas will heat it up, be careful. There's apparently a second adjustment set screw in the valve stem that goes into the propane tank. I think it's tuned down as it is, so maybe the only direction you can tune it is for more fire...
