Excellent. Definitely helps me go to sleep at night and I could tell a difference in healing rates! I had a bad injury to my right knee from a Mule kick. It lumped into a hard mass and began to calcify. Well... one of the properties of Magnesium is to remove excessive calcium from the system. I started taking this suppliment religiously and the hard mass the doctors told me would need to be surgically removed dissipated on it's own. Was it the magnesium, or not? I don't know, but I do know I'll keep taking this every evening as long as I'm capable to.

I guess it works I just got it yesterday y'all don't give time to even know if anything works before you want to review so all I can tell you is it came fast and I'll have to get back on you if it works cuz I ain't even took any yet I'm still got a few of the other

Great product!
Good quality product for a good price. Started taking this for restless leg syndrome to replace the spray because the spray makes me SO itchy. Magnesium also has the added benefit of helping with happy bowel movements, so it's a win all around! If you take this or are thinking of taking this, definitely check to ensure it won't affect the efficacy/uptake of any other medicines you may be taking; I found out I need a 4 hour-separation from mine!
