I was looking for a new and unique game to play with my friends, and this Unsolved Case Files game was the perfect find. It was so much more engaging than a typical board game; it felt like we were real detectives trying to solve a genuine mystery. The functionality of this game is brilliant. It comes with a ton of realistic-looking evidence, from police reports and autopsy results to photos and witness statements. We spent hours sifting through all the clues and piecing the story together. The ease of use is great too, as the instructions are clear and the case is laid out in a logical way that keeps you from getting stuck. The size of the game is impressive; it’s a packed box of materials that feels like a real case file. The quality of all the components is amazing. The evidence documents are a good quality and feel authentic, not like cheap props. It’s definitely a good value as it provides hours of entertainment and a fantastic challenge for a whole group. If you love a good murder mystery, you have to try this!

Me and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed a few hours solving this mystery it was great fun and really gets the mind working. Makes a great gift for any budding detective

I have older kids 17 and 16 trying to find something that keeps them both interested and away from their phones for family time is a nightmare I really wasn’t expecting much but it’s honestly fab! Got brains ticking tongues wagging and laughter had by all I will definitely get another one.

These are great, but they can be hard, especially the first clue/ stage. I strongly reccomend having one person fully read the file and all the answers - a Game Master of sorts. While it means they can't be involved in the investigation, they can help the group of players out when they are getting stuck and/ or frustrated. This will happen. Some of the clues are very small and easy to miss. The GM can say things like "maybe you want to look at that again more aarefully" etc.

This was a nice change of pace. It was interesting to also have the element of finding out the victim's identity. I would definitely love to have more of these in varying difficulties! My only criticism of this case was how it ended. We felt like we didn't get to slowly piece together the timeline of events, but instead only had to connect a few dots, and the killer themselves then confessed how it all happened. It would be great if in future cases we were required to get more of the crime timeline down before pinning down the suspect.

Me and my husband really liked this. We did it at Christmas and wasn’t sure if it would be very good. It felt like we were on a real case, it was very serious ha. I’ve passed it onto a friend to complete as other people can re use it.

Fantastic fun activity, great for couples and families

This is my 2nd case file from thos Brand and I was once again brilliant. In 3 parts it has lots of solutions to find. The materials are amazing as is the Web support with hints and very impressed by the youtube realistic video once case I solved. I've just made a list of all the cases and plan on returning to No 1 and working through them all. Highly recommend as someone who has played dozens of this type of game this is one, if not the best for quality and content.

it was an amazing game, a little challenging but 100% fun! I would totally recommend the game is put nicely together. It was so good that I decided to get another case file!!

It’s really fun to do with friends or family because you can talk through. Jane Doe case had enough evidence to share around the table. Pay VERY close attention because the answers are deep in the details. Ordered more and planning to have people over to solve as a Major Crimes Unit.
