It was scratched.

I bought two of them. One for a gift...it was perfect.I then bought one for me, not as shiny and it was scratched!I was disappointed 😞.It's a beautiful piece, but don't understand the damage.All pieces should at least be buffed!(To bring the beauty and luster out of it)
