Worked like a charm! I’m a new homeowner and single mother. When a bird nearly flew right into me on my front porch while picking up an Amazon package, I knew it was time to take action. We primarily use the garage, so I hadn’t realized 4 birds had been sharing my porch for several days (evident by doorbell cam recording and droppings). After research (reading Amazon reviews), I decided to buy spikes and this. They both were delivered the same day, but I’d forgotten a way to purchase something to secure the spikes. I placed this where the birds were sitting and chipping away at my shingles. My ring cam never picked up whether they returned or not. I just know I haven’t seen or heard them since placing this 4 days ago. It is extremely messy and sticky. The thing I’ve found that instantly works to get it off is dish soap, water and Scrub Daddy. I read another review where someone put down painters tape before applying to help with the clean up. I should’ve done that but it’s too late now. I’m not sure when I’ll have to reapply, but it came with 2. Only 1 was used for what I needed

it works better to apply product pretty thick on ledge. It is extremely sticky and messy but seems to keep birds somewhat away! We will be doubling the amount on furnace ext time.

Was hesitant, but after reading reviews, gave this a try for our crazy bird problem all over the roof of our home. The neighbor's home actually has siding peeling back and holes in siding from these birds. We needed something STAT so the problem didn't happen to us since we bought this house two years ago and it came with a brand new roof. Product is EFFECTIVE! Put all around top of gutters all around our home. It's not pretty {if you stare up and see the goo not perfectly in a line}, but IT DOES THE JOB!! No more birds. My husband said when he took the dog out the next morning after we finished applying that late afternoon, the birds were all screeching from the trees as if they were yelling at him.

Works good. We put it up August it's now December and a few brave birds are coming back. Only bad part is once it's on their feet if they land on your railing there's a good chance you'll put your hand in the sticky stuff.
