Better than I expected. This thing is great quality and does exactly what you need. Helped release sore leg muscles.

This was a great buy. The muscle massage roller works well, loosens muscles and relieves pain . I use twice daily for 10 minutes, this has made a difference to ease tight muscles .

I was looking for one a little smaller and not with such heavy weighted material. It’s a little too hard one my areas that need relief. Product was made well, but it wasn’t exactly what I was looking for as effectively for my personal preference.

My doctor recommended this type of roller for my IT band injury, I love how it feels, ease of use and portability.

When I bought this for the price I wasn't sure it would be sturdy or comfortable to use. It's become my go to tool. It's light weight, but still very easy to use. It's bigger than I expected to espeically for the low price. I'm very pleased and I would purchase it again. In fact I plan to gift a couple of them to my family.

So happy I bought this, been rolling my worked out legs and shoulder with this, very happy…sturdy and easier to use then my foam roller. I still use my foam roller but this is way easier. Highly recommend
