I got these for my dad, who suffers from diverticular disease, after his doctor recommended consuming soluble fibre might help his symptoms. Taking capsules is much easier for him than mixing tablespoons of powders into his food, and I was impressed by the high percentage of psyllium in this product, so thought they might be worth a try: I liked the fact that there were also other bowel friendly products in here too. The campuses are quite large, but he managed to swallow them OK with plenty of water (it's important to follow the instructions on this, as otherwise, not only do the capsules not have the same effect, they'll also leave you a bit bunged up, to put it politely!) - he took one in the morning, and one in the evening, each time with several glasses of water. In the first week, his stomach was still a bit touch and go (those who suffer from the disease will know that it's essential to avoid constipation, but that loose stools are also a serious and recurring issue) but by the end of the week, he experienced a considerable improvement. He's previously had issues with not feeling that his bowels were properly empty, and this has completely disappeared - and even better, his bowel movements are now regular, and consistent: anyone else who has struggled with the sudden need for a mad dash to the loo will appreciate the impact of this enormously. More positively, too, he's gone from having his whole life dictated by unpredictable bowels to being able to make plans with confidence, and not have to constantly worry about whether he will be able to make it to the loo in time. As other reviewers have noted, these aren't inexpensive: but for anyone who has issues with their bowels, especially around regularity or constipation, I can't recommend these enough. They've had a hugely positive impact on my dad's experience, and, consequently, for all the rest of us too. Just be patient for the first few days, whilst your system is getting used to them - especially if you've previously had a low fibre diet: these are very high fibre, and it does take a couple of days for things to settle down. I really can't recommend these enough.

I have an erratic diet, eating between meetings, grabbing something from the fridge without thinking too much beyond "I'm hungry", so of course my gut has a word with me every now and then. I thought I'd try "Flawless for Men" and ordered the 120 capsules bottle; they arrived a day early (which was nice) and the bottle is a pleasing dark plastic with gold top and gold text on black - just be sure not to try reading it with shiny lights reflecting off the bottle! The capsules themselves are quite large, but easy to swallow (even without water, although the instructions recommend with). After a day or so, I noticed that my bowel movements were settling down, nice and easy with no more "shall we, shan't we" discussions about whether I wanted to go or not! Having taken these at the suggested dosage of 2 capsules twice daily for a week, I switched to one capsule with each meal, which seems to have kept up the good work. I feel better, gut-wise, and things seem to be moving in a nice regular fashion. I'd say they do what they say on the tin, except it's a bottle! Price-wise, a bit on the expensive side, but if you can't sort your diet out and need a bit of help, they deliver the goods, and in this case, you get what you pay for.

Well, I don't often write reviews but I am making a special exception in this case! I have suffered with IBS for many years and had been looking for a fibre product that would help with that. Of course the fact the product is marketed as something which keeps you fresh, flawless and ready for action was also a major plus point! This is my experience using Flawless for 3 months now. My daily routine is 3 caps in the morning before breakfast with lots of water and 3 in the evening before dinner. I use the 120 cap bottle so it lasts for nearly a month. Firstly... OMG... I couldn't believe how much it helped my bowel movement... it doesn't hurt at all and I empty quickly and my stools are much softer and pass quickly. I don't even have to use toiler paper these days which is INCREDIBLE! Also I no longer have to worry when it comes to "being ready" and backdoor action is so much more fun and relaxing! It has definitely improved our sex life as my partner says I am much more confident, he actually bought me 12 bottles as he was so impressed! (We would do subscribe and save but Flawless doesn't seem to offer that function on here yet) I will be recommending this to absolutely anyone who, like me, has IBS, or anyone who just wants to stay fresh, clean and ready for fun in the bedroom! Bought this for my partner as he has trouble on the toilet, had high hopes as it has the highest fibre content I've seen amongst products and all natural. In the first week he was going more regularly but not in a pleasant way, it's calmed down and is more normal now, however, he eats healthily and alot of seeds as it is so I would recommend this for someone who doesn't necessarily already have a healthy lifestyle as the fibre content is brilliant. He has also been alot less hungry in between meals, much less snacking which can only be a good thing.

These work so well. This is second purchase. Great buy for the money.

I struggle with constipation due to medications that I am on and this fiber supplement by FAR is the BEST one I have tried. I take 4 capsules a day with a lot of water and I am now regular and feel so much better. This is so much better than PURE for men because of the formula this uses, plus it is lower cost! Definitely recommend!!

Big pills but great product this stuff works makes digestion much easier.
