I love this!! The perfect size and curve to fit legs. The strap is tight enough it stays on, but not too tight; It feels comfortable while sleeping. It has completely removed the pain down my leg that I was getting from sleeping on my side!

Amazing how much this helped my sciatica. I honestly didn’t think it would help but it did. I would highly recommend this to try!

**note: I have congenital hip dysplasia, so my experience may be different from others. The shape and size is good for someone my size (5’ 5” and 140 lbs). Provides good shape and comfortable strap to maintain position throughout the night, even though I move in my sleep a lot. Thick and resilient enough to provide cushion between the knees and relieve some lateral pressure on the hip sockets. The center where the knees go could be thicker for better hip support as the cushion material has softened since I got it a few months ago. The cover is easy to remove, wash, and replace. The cushion has good memory; packs well in a suitcase and easily reforms when unpacked.

I bought this pillow because I sleep on my side and my left hip hurts all night. After using this pillow for 3 days I have no more hip pain at all. The pillow is soft, yet firm enough to keep my legs in a position that doesn’t hurt my hip. I like the fact that I can unzip it and wash the covering. The strap is great for keeping the pillow in place but I found that I don’t even need to use the strap because it stays in place without it.

Didn’t do what the ad said it would do. But it is well made and perhaps it works for others but not me.

Glad I purchased this. Should have bought one a couple years ago. As primarily a "side" sleeper it has increased my comfort level. I used to futz around with an extra pillow. No more... I highly recommend for any "side" sleeper!

Timely delivery. Nice washable cover. Straps to loop around leg to keep it in place. For me the material is too firm and not comfortable so I’m not able to use it. I think it will work well for someone who’s not used pillows for years

After days of agony, I bough this product out of desperation and due to the good reviews. I expected to be disappointed, I wasn't. My painful sciatica was a 9 out of 10 every time I turned over in bed, sat up and stood up. After just the first night wearing the cushion it went down to a 3 which took the agonising pain to a bearable level. I don't know what the days ahead will bring, but it definitely worked. It is good quality, easy to wear and stays put; and well worth the cost which is reasonable. This is for a side sleeper which I am and will remain to be, but wearing the cushion between your legs also by default changes your position in bed slightly as well. I now sleep like a pencil instead of a curly-wirly ;) The height between your legs and the position makes all the difference in my view. It definitely re-aligns your spine and takes the pressure off, releases and relaxes the nerves. All the previous manoeuvres which brought such pain seem to have melted away. I didn't expect it to work, especially so quickly. Give it a try, its brilliant.
