A fresh, zingy organic ginger powder. Lovely colour. Super fresh ginger waft when you open the packet showing freshness. Resealable bag with no spoilage. Would buy again.

Potent and Great Value
Excellent organic ginger with a proper fiery kick. I use it for teas and ginger shots - far cheaper and fresher-tasting than buying ready-made ones from the supermarket.

Great taste and very strong.
Very strong taste which is a good indication that it's recently fresh dried as I usually buy small jars of dried ground ginger and are very weak in flavour not very strong taste. So I advise if using to bake ginger bread or cake to use less as it's very strong and pungent aromatic smell.
