Enduraplas Poly Diesel Transfer Fuel Tank with 12V Fuel Transfer Pump - 55-Gallon, Compact, 10 GPM, Model Number RDU055C10D

I had this tank for about 18 months and loved it. Then I began having fuel filter problems with my excavator and tractor. Pre filters and main filters clogging frequently with particulates. I finally figured it out. The fill tube in this transfer tank was rusting out and producing the particulates that were clogging the filters. I called customer support. They sent me a warranty request form to complete. Warranty is not the issue. A transfer tank that has created undue repair expenses and is capable of doing permanent damage to my equipment is the issue. Customer service did not seem to concerned by that. One star, There is not a zero star option. More info: I tried to salvage this unit and ordered a new fill tube, which I completely spray coated with fuel resistant sealer. Now to drain the tank and remove the existing corrosive sediment. - You can't!! This tank will not drain completely due to it's design - even turned upside down!. I used a magnet to try to remove the sediment and got some out, but no guarantee it is all removed. Rather than put my equipment at further risk, I decided to scrap the whole thing. Over a grand invested and lost.
