Absolutely Amazing
It's so good that I find myself looking for excuses to use it. Delicious umami flavor, perfect for lettuce wrapping just about any food you can imagine. I absolutely love it

Didn't expect this big but I like the package cause usually most of korean sauce packages are wide but this is narrow and tall so not taking too much space. Also taste is good as I expected haha

Excellent flavor, but understand the difference: 250g gluten-free and 500g NOT gluten-free
The product page unfortunately isn't entirely clear on the difference between the 250g and 500g versions. ONLY the 250g is gluten free, as you'll see in the ingredient photos in this review. You'll also see there appears to be a small difference in the other ingredients, and the two versions do taste different as well. I don't have a preference for either as both taste excellent. A nice fermented flavor with a pleasant heat, which makes it perfect for dishes where you want lots of flavor without the heat of gochujang. Unfortunately with the GF version being the smaller package the unit price is way higher, and I wish they made a 500g GF version.

Was too spice for me, More spice than red peper paste in my opinion
If you like spicy, I didn't. Seems good quality. i love this packaging type and love others that use this same container. I love Korea.

Delicious A Little Goes A Long Way
Love this stuff. It tastes so good. I first had it at a korean restaurant years ago and wanted to figure out how to get this in my house. A little goes a long way. I use it with so many different things like eggs, fish, meat, veggies. It tastes very yummy!

Just a dab of this is like a flavor explosion! It's not for everything, but works extremely well on grilled meat and lettuce wraps. There's a touch of heat in this, so be careful.
