7 ft Yoga Belt Stretching Exercise Strap Band

I am a PT, and I got sick of the other stretch straps we used at our clinic, so I bought a bunch of these. They are the EXACT same as most of the other more expensive stretch straps, but they cost much less. Great deal, not falling apart at all, good quality, perfect length, good hand-holds.

I am a yoga teacher and frequently have about a dozen yoga straps floating around my house, car, the studio, my purse... you get the picture. Anyway, This is the best yoga strap that I have ever bought. I love the padded area that is directly in the center of the strap. I love the daisy chain style loops that are large enough to comfortably fit your foot inside. I would buy a dozen of these and toss all the others if I could afford it. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a yoga strap that will outshine all others.

This is great for stretching! I had a horrible accident that caused me severe back pain. I was advised to get one of these to help stretch legs and back. This one is great. There are notches for handles, so no matter your level of ability, you can easily hold onto the notches and feel secure. There is also a nice padding for your foot so you don't slip. It's very finely made. I've had this for about 6 months and there hasn't been any issues with the integrity of the product.

Yoga Strap is a perfect help tool after any knee surgery, including total knee replacement . I used this strap to help me make adjustments in bed without help and to get into and out of bed. Simply loop over your foot, pull the straps taught and adjust the entire leg easily. In addition, this Yoga strap is a great tool for knee slides and extensions and stretches. I have purchased several more and give them as gifts to post knee surgery friends. (Also helpful for broken leg/ankle patients.)

After a back injury, my physical therapist gave me stretches to do but as my leg was really tight, I needed help getting my leg straight and into position to do the stretch. With this (lying on my back), it's easy to hook my foot into a loop, then slowly extend my leg before pulling the strap up and give a stretch my hamstring. This strap also works well in helping me hold my yoga stretches when standing. The material is rather soft and quite flexible.Only thing is the material is not very strong/sturdy. I have used these straps at my physical therapist's office and those are really nice strong material which keep the tension in the strap when stretching. I think with time these may loosen even more as you keep stretching eventually making the strap longer. (not yet proven) My recommendation is if you're looking for something similar what you use at the gym/PT, should probably look for a strap that is not made from cotton.Overall, I do like the strap and it is very helpful to anyone who is not very flexible.

Loving so far. Has a nice foot pad in the center and great number of loops along length. Even held up to some light chewing when the dog found under the couch. I don't do d ring magic well so this seemed like a better option for me and I am enjoying the simplicity of using the preexisting loop.

I am just a beginner with yoga and this is the first time I have used a yoga belt. It was very easy to use, made the stretching easier too. The belt is made very well and has loops along the entire length so you can use it for a lot of different stretches no matter how short or tall you are.....well worth purchasing!

I have a very bad back I broke my back four times and had surgery on my back. When I was sent to physical therapy they had me use this to stretch my legs to help me with back pain and I like it a lot I use it everyday sometimes too or three times a day to help me with my pain. Now don’t get me wrong it does not take the pain away it takes the edge off the back pain. And the therapist told me as much as possible he too has a bad back and he said he stretches all the time he can and he is back to work.
