Yes, LorAnn makes this product in Dram size, 1 ounce, 4 ounce and larger.

Q: The description says, “flavor oil”. i specially bought this because i need something oil based and this is alcohol based! very misleadin!?

There is little in it. Take the lid off for a day or two and the alcohol will dissipate.
