Best magnesium flakes I’ve tried.

My mom has chronic lower back pain to the point where she can’t walk around very much. She decided to take a bath with 1/2 cup of these flakes, 1/2 of Epsom salts, and then 3 drops of the Rapid Relief blend from Plant Therapy and then soaked for 20 minutes. She came out of the bathroom later with wide eyes saying that she couldn’t feel any pain in her lower back and that this was the first time in 20 years that she was pain-free!! We really were not expecting this kind of miracle!! The combination of things we put in the tub really did something spectacular, and these flakes were a part of it!

I like these well enough. I don’t know about muscle relaxing or not. I use this to make deodorant and it works great for that purpose.

I was impressed with this product when I received it. It was delivered in a timely manner and was exactly what it presented itself to be. However, that level of satisfaction increased ten-fold this morning when I read an email I had received from the company. It seems they had a few complaints of damage during shipping, so were checking with all their customers to ensure theirs arrived in good condition. That level of proactive customer care is pretty unheard of in this day and age. I would (and will) order from them based on this alone. The fact that their rates are reasonable and their product is good - well, that's just icing on the cake!

I bought it to make homemade magnesium spray. It was my 1st time making it and using it so I have nothing to compare it to. I follow the directions of a recipe I found. I use it to spray my armpits, stomach and the bottom of my feet. I didn’t realize it was a bit strong and leaves a little film on the skin. Again this is my 1st time so I have nothing to compare it to. But I love doing everything natural now. Ohhhh my armpits don’t smell anymore. But I did a detox with bentonite clay before going all natural to pull out all the heavy metals and toxins from my pits!

Made the oil to spray on my knee pain. It worked. I didn't have severe knee pain. I also used it to make homemade deodorant with essential oils. Natural and works great.

Used this for making my own magnesium cream. It is a quality product. I have used it also in the bath definitely relaxing!

I absolutely love these bath salts! They smell incredible, my muscles are relaxed, and my skin feels so nice after my bath. I've started incorporating weekly baths into my self-care routine, and this has been the perfect addition! Plus, you only need 1/2 cup per bath (unlike a lot of Epsom salts that are 1-2 cups), so it lasts a long time! They are definitely worth the money and will be my go-to for years of relaxation to come!

These are a part of my weekly "relaxing bath" ritual, and I can't live without them! While they might seem expensive, you only have to use 1/2 cup to see the benefits (whereas other cheaper brands usually call for 2+ cups.) My skin is silky smooth, and my muscles feel relaxed after a bath with these salts.
