I started taking this about 5 months ago, and it immediately became a staple in my daily supplements. High quality and I feel sharp and more resilient!

I take these in conjunction with regular probiotics and I feel as though the combination helps regulate my gut well. When I am consistent about taking them I feel like my appetite shifts, I eat less or am less hungry and I don't feel as bloated. All in all a great supp IMO

Looks & sounds like great quality, but I felt no benefits (or issues).
