I don't recommend it for budgie as you will lose your bird. 1- very big as it's not tie over the shoulders. 2- rope very heaven for the budgie 3- that part around that you can resize it is too long.

It is hard to tighten it. You should pull the elastic strings which may hurt your bird. I didn’t like it.

Not what we wanted. It’s not a quick clip, it’s a clunky clip which takes too long and bird get fretful.
