This K2 is fine. It's very small, melts in your mouth very well and tastes good. Does it work? I am not sure how I would know if K2 works but it is suppose to be good for the eyes. I have floaters in my eyes but I take several supplements to help with that. I just read that K2 may raise blood pressure so that is something to think about. I do like this brand, I would buy again and I do recommend.

K2 to help absorption of calcium supplements

Pills arrived almost in powdered form. Very tiny and delicate and easily broken down. Not that I am complaining about the product itself but disappointed in how each pill is slightly bruised, causing their already tiny size to lose some form and content.

Vitamin K2 was recommended by my physician to take with my weekly dose of Vitamin D3. I'm not familiar with the brand but it was highly rated. I've taken one dose to date and had no adverse effects.

I love the size and how it dissolves quickly. I wish the D3 one was the same size and dissolved quicker like this one. I never forget to take this one since it is so easy to take. I hate pills and only take chewables whenever possible.

Taste good. I take it with Vitimin D

Our family has increased our intake of Vit D3, K2 and magnesium after reading Jeff Bowles book on magnesium. This is an excellent brand that quickly assimilates into the bloodstream since it dissolves fast under the tongue. All 4 of us are very satisfied with it and will continue to buy more.
