For weeks I've struggled with a knot deep in my hamstring, unable to get to it because of its location. Foam rollers were too wide, and couldn't get in deep enough, and my hands quickly tired, because I was having to pull up against gravity to massage the knot. I've finally been able to get to the knot with the help of this ball, it's been such a relief! Would highly recommend for knots in hard-to-reach places. It's about 6cm in diameter, fits nicely in the palm of your hand. It's solid, but the surface is slightly soft, which is very comfortable for massaging.

Very effective for plantar fasciitis

I've had this for a few months now, and use it nearly every day with a shoulder injury. The price was great vs other brands and the quality is more than good enough for use as a massage ball.

I do think it has helped my golfers elbow. Infact I forget to use it now because I am in less discomfort. However you might be able to find a cheaper solid rubber ball.
