Good product
Loving it. Been using it for about 1 month. It does alkalize the water. Did a chlorine test and it eliminated 99% of the chlorine in my tap water. The water went from dark green to almost clear when I tested the raw tap water versus the filtered water. The unit itself is thin plastic. It's nice, but feels like if I ever dropped any part of it on the ground, it would crack.

Love
I love my new water filter!Yes it’s made out of cheap plastic, but it only leaks when you don’t follow the instructions for the spout (over tightening or not adjusting the washers correct). It is $100, but the coconut carbon filter that is made in America takes up most of that price tag and it’s good for 200 gallons of filtered-naturally alkalized water that comes straight from your own kitchen sink! It sure beats the hassle of having to bring your own jugs to the super market (Covid-19 pandemic+multiple people using water fill stations without sanitation in between uses=massive germs). Im kind of a water snob and my favorites are Evian, Fiji, and Body Armor. The water that I get from my filter is my 4th favorite! The only thing that could be off putting (besides the avoidable leak) is that the water takes 30-45 mins to filter a gallon-but thats actually a good thing because you know your water is being filtered! I’m telling everyone about my amazing find!!

Leaked, didn't raise PH
The recess in reservoir was too small for the faucet flange causing leak. I trimmed the flange a bit on both sides and fixed the leak. Then it didn't raise PH. I returned it.

Probably not the best choice.
Filters alone will cost you a fortune. I believe the recommended replacement on the filters is three months. Currently filters are about $64, which makes your yearly bill $256 for filters alone. Also it's not truly dishwasher-safe. Ours is now permanently warped. On the plus side, the capacity is very good and the water tastes noticeably better.

Best looking/filtering water system avail
I have had so many different systems. Most are bigger and clunky and UGLY and barely hold any filtered water. This one is not only easier on the eyes but it’s easy to fill and assemble. I am an Opti-Water customer for life now! It even came with a free water testing kit to ensure the quality of water you are receiving. LOVE LOVE LOVE

Least expensive PH water !!!!
Way faster then advertised! The only issue is the height makes it hard to put it on counters under cabinets. Its a good design and good size!
