Q: Will this work for all AC split unit brands ?

I've different brands of inverters units around my home and so far works with all of them

Q: Have device for 1 year, worked fine, last 3 days it's "offline", it is successfully connected wifi, what is wrong ?

If it's connected to the router and other devices show online status I would reset this particular and or delete it from the phone and reinstall it to see if works
