Worked perfectly for my floor gas valve turn on box. I'm guessing this is a standard size. You tube suggested putting the key under the insert so you don't lose the key...great idea plan on doing that. I would recommend this valve key.

I went to two home stores looking for a key to fit my Dante fireplace and both times I came home with keys that didn't work. This one worked perfectly, but the handle is annoyingly long. Solid feel, though, and it does the job.

I bought this because the 3" key that came with the valve wouldn't reach. I used this for an outdoor firepit that I made with patio pavers. Therefore I needed a key to get into the 8" wall.

This key worked perfectly to turn the gas valve. It was of sufficient length to reach into the wall opening and adjustable so that it fit tightly on the valve. Worked like a charm.
