Good coax. VF = 66%.
This coax is very good and very flexible. I am quite happy with it. I was using it for a rather precise transmission line tranformer application, and I needed to know but I could not find anywhere in the product specs what this coax's velocity factor is, so I measured it using a NanoVNA. For those who may be wondering, the measured value of velocity factor on the cable that I received is 66.3% - which corresponds nicely to the expected 66% VF standard for RG-58 A/U with PE dielectric and PVC jacket.

Great for lots of HF applicatuions, and some VHF, especially as short connector cable.
Very fast seller response. The cable arrived within 72 hours of my placing the order. It arrived as a shrink-wrapped coil of cable in an Amazon branded padded paper shipping bag. Nothing fancy, but fine for the purpose. I have used this before, primarily for making jumper cables and short runs of cable to use in the radio shack. Generally, i restrict signals to no more than 200 watts or 30 MHz to keep any losses at a minimum. It can be used (and I have used it) for modest (50 feet or less) runs for frequencies up to 144MHz, but with increasing loses within the wire. That’s not the fault of the wire, you just need a different cable for the efficient transmission of VHF and above frequencies over any significant distance. The stranded center conductor allows the cable to be moved and re-routed with minimal chance of breaking the center conductor and causing a hard-to-trace issue. It works as designed and I will buy more if required.

Super Soft RG58 A/U Cable, But Not Very Heat Resistant.
Supple soft cable, insulation not very heat resistant. Made up a cable with it using BNC crimp on connectors. Checked cable for short circuit after assembly, was good. Used heat gun on shrink tubing at each end and cable shorted from center to ground conductor where the connector was crimped on.

Ok on the cheap!
What can i say? Its rg58, loss is its middle name but this stuff was acceptable especially for the cheap price.

Solid poly and stranded center-perfect for chokes
Needed a specific type of RG58 cable for a project. This is solid polyethylene with a stranded center conductor. The sellers description was perfect. Would but from again.

Minimal Qulaity but Worked For Me
Beware - minimal quality in this wire build. I used this to make small (8" - 12") pigtail extensions for adding height my cell phone boost antenna, so these will be INSIDE the antenna extension poles so Im not worried about shielding quality but if I was running this to be exposed I would look for a much higher quality wire. Also, you should expect to tin/solder the conductor as it it small strand, not solid.

Flexible and easily soldered.
This cable is perfect for my application — tinned stranded center, with tinned shield, with a decent outer insulation. I disagree with one of the other reviewer’s opinion regarding the outer shield — I find it appropriately tough (I did the usual knife-slit of the outer insulation — I could not tear it with my nail as purported); and the inner insulation was as I hoped it would be with respect to ability to strip, crimp, or solder. I’ll be purchasing more for my packable radio — because, as a small and very flexible cable, I can roll it into a tighter roll without worry about kinking any foam insulation or solid core. I also appreciate that the vendor reported the cable’s 66% velocity factor — relieving me from having to rustle up a meter with which to measure it.

Prompt shipment. Transit time was a little slow due to the holidays, not the seller's fault.
Initial inspection indicates that it should be quite serviceable.. I purchased sits to use for a Homebrew 75 m double bazooka antenna. I wanted lightweight coax as the overall length of this antenna will be around 120 ft. It's going to have to be able to survive rain winds, snow and ice in northern Minnesota.
