American Floor Mats Rubber Flooring Beveled Edge Ramps (12 Linear Feet, High Profile)

Ordered this for our new gym floor. Seemed good quality. Was not the right fit for our flooring. I paid the $9 shipping to send it back. I totally understand that. Then I got charged a $21 restocking fee!!! Are you kidding me? I sent it back in its original condition. Wasn’t in the box they sent it to me… but it was shipped to me in a plain box, not a retail box. I could see if I didn’t return it with the retail packaging. But there was NO retail packaging.

Poorly packaged, dimensions did not fit as explained in description, returned and they charged me a $13 restocking fee!!! That’s insane!! I will never purchase from them again. Customer service terrible. NOT an easy return. The product was returned in perfect condition in the exact same package it was received in. To be charged $13 upon return is absurd. I ended up finding another company on Amazon and am very happy with that purchase but American Floor is a sham.
