I have a few ballance issues after a spinal injury so a stick is sometimes a good idea to have.As I am 6'' 4 it can be a bit hit and miss with getting a walking stick with enough height to be useful.As this is a 3 section telescoping stick its got plenty of length to work for me.The Locking mechanism is great and I haven't caught them on anything yet and they clamp tight enough not to collapse the sections when you least expect it.The stick as a whole is light and a smart enough colour the only thing that does irritate me is the handle which is not as comfortable as my previous Leki stick but at under £20.00 its not a massive issue.Would i buy one again YES .

Very lightweight and easy to adjust with the quick release. Good quality and for the price hard to beat.
