Just buy it. Great cutting board, easy clean, no scratching, dishwasher safe, lightweight, stays put, no sliding etc....This board was recommended to me by a friend who is very picky. She's right, it's the best cutting board. I bought one as a gift for my son and a good friend.

We now own 3 in different sizes and styles. They all look new after months of use. Strong, easy to clean and no microplastics! Win. I met someone who said they have had their for 15 years and it is still going strong. I was in the dishwasher and love this size.

This is a really nice, made-in-the-USA cutting board. No plastics or wood shavings. I like that I can run it through the dishwasher. This board (and the other two I've purchased) haven't had any odor at all. Neither of the boards have stained yet. There is some minor scarring. But they don't seem to scar as easily as the plastic boards I've used. It's too soon to understand the wear on my knives, which I sharpen once a year. So far, after a few weeks, my knives are still sharp as ever. I like the non-slip and the juice groove keeps my counter clean, while I work. The peace of mind in no plastic or wood slivers is well worth the price. These are discounted often, as well. Supporting USA manufacturing is well worth it.

After opening it up there was an awful chemical smell, I thoroughly handwashed it. It affected the smell and taste of foods that were chopped on it which I noticed at least two times i.e. eggs, onion, garlic. I ran it through my dishwasher 3 different loads after using odor reduced on board when dry but made my dishwasher smell chemical and probably all my dishes are covered with whatever is on it. Extremely unhappy about it. You cannot trust youtube reviews which is what steered me toward this product.

I couldn’t be happier with the **Epicurean All-in-One Cutting Board**! It’s the perfect combination of functionality and durability. Both of my daughters requested this cutting board for Christmas. I couldn’t understand why they wanted such an expensive cutting board. They pointed to the small cutting boards that I use every day and I’ve had for over 25 years . Mom, your little cutting boards are made out of the same material as the ones we want they said I have been putting them in the dishwasher almost daily. They are excellent and will probably outlive me.

Best cutting board I ever owned. Feels good to have one made of non harmful materials, looks great, and doesn't smell like other reviews say. It does bend if you leave it to try, but this is easily handled by flipping it next time when drying. Still very good after a year of use!

I purchased this board to replace my plastic board of the same size. I have 2 larger Epicurean boards that I like. They can be cleaned successfully in the dishwasher. Really sharp knives will leave small grooves, but safer than plastic.
