Is there an adapter to make the 1.5" fitting 2"? I need it to be 2" for state plumbing approval

You would need to cut out the 1.5 connector & drill the opening larger in the tank, then try to install a connector that won’t leak. I do remember a YouTube video of someone trying to heat the tank, but that looked like guarantee fail to me.

Can you guys install an access port for cleaning so it is under warranty? Also, could they be used in a hot water situation, (temp rating)?

We do not carry clean out ports, typically a bulkhead fitting is used for this application, please be sure to research these products online for use and installation. Manufacturer warranty covers manufacturer defect on manufacturer installed fittings and tank, so this would not cover a fitting or modification you install. Using this tank for any purpose other than fresh or gray water storage will void any/all warranty. Do Not use tanks for sewer or fuel.
