So far so great!
I ordered one for my 2016 Ford F-150 and installed it a few weeks ago. The install wasn't too bad. It would have taken 30 minutes but the rails ended up just a bit too close to each other so the plastic ends of the cover were rubbing. I ended up tinkering with the spacers (removing a few) and it fits fine now. I didn't see the extra, loose, instruction page about the spacers until after the install. Either way, it told me to leave them all on, but that made too tight a fit. Other than that, the cover seems great. Haven't had any real rains yet to test waterproofnes. But it looks great and functions great. Sometimes the last sections of the cover isn't all the way down when I close it, so it kind of binds and that section doesn't lock into the C-channel, but if I just put some downward pressure on it as I close it, no problem. I also was able to install my Yakima bike rack with it as well. I hard mounted control towers outside of the rails. The rack is too low to fully open (roll the cover under with the crissbars) the cover which the crossbars on, but I spaced them so that I can still access some of the bed when closed I also have the option to roll it to the front and latch it before putting the crossbars on. I then just have to leave it open while the crossbars are on. If I find any major issues with it, I will post more. So far I love it.

fell apart just sitting in sun after a few years. I expected much longer life!
Changed review. Was easy to install and fit well but after few years fell apart just sitting in sun!!! Won’t buy again! Original review: So far so good. Easy to install. Looks good. Need to wait on durability; not sure about how it will age in sun but we shall see. Missing a few parts but customer service sent right away so all worked out.

It was pretty straight forward and simple to do
Just installed this on my 2017 F150 SuperCrew with the short bed and spray in liner. For instillation I watched a short youtube video and read through the directions. It was pretty straight forward and simple to do. A friend helped me install it which made the process faster and a bit easier. I ran into an issue where my tailgate would not close. One of the railings had to be adjusted so that the tailgate could slide underneath. I called Bak and they were able to give me suggestions and I was able to fix the problem. So far I love it! It sits snuggly against my tailgate so I think theft would be rather difficult as long as my tailgate is locked. I also like that the track sits inside the bed so that I can install other racks for my kayaks in the future. When rolled up it sits pretty far from the glass roughly 6" and doesn't block my view at all. I did find that I have to lock it down before closing my tailgate. It won't close if my tailgate is already up. I ran it through the car wash and noticed that it slightly leaked in all four corners but not enough to matter. For the most part it appears to have a decent seal. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

Check the Railing for damage!!!!
Install Rails had shipping damage to them upon arrival. Not enough to warrant sending back as I was able to bend them back into place and fix the dent with a little touch-up paint. either way, it has been a great product for the last few months. Value-wise, I think it's a little more expensive than it should be but overall a good entry-level rolling tonneau cover. I can't tell you if it was damaged at the factory or during shipping, but I can assure you, a product that heavy and with such a large footprint, in many cases, will have some damage upon arrival.

Great tonneau cover, but not in cold weather.
I'd have loved to give the BAK Revolver X2 a five star rating, but for the cost of the product there's one big problem: it freezes solid in cold weather. I've had it for one year now. Not realizing it was frozen shut this weekend, I attempted to open it and one of the plastic locking blocks cracked and fell off. It's replaceable, but still an added cost. The cover is rugged, looks great, and has great functionality. Caveat, as mentioned, freezing weather renders it unusable, so plan ahead and keep it opened or closed depending on your needs. The fit and finish on a few points isn't fantastic (ie. the metal bars are cut to bed length after production and painting and need filing and touch up paint, and the side seals aren't super tight), but besides those points it's my favorite tonneau cover I've had so far on all my trucks. I definitely recommend this cover, but keep the cold weather in mind. If you're in a warm location, go for it - it'll serve you well.

Will fall apart after a year
I have had two of these covers. Purchased the first one, then got a replacement under their warranty. There are some major defects in this design. The Vinyl is glued to the top and for people like myself that live in the south and their truck is exposed to warm temperatures, the adhesive will fail. Also on the underside of the cover, there are two black fabric strips that are glued to the aluminum slats. This adhesive will also fail and and the two fabric strips will fall off. When this happens the cover is unusually. Those two fabric strips are the only thing that keep the aluminum slats from becoming disjointed. Both covers failed within 12 to 18 months. I will be buying a different cover and won’t even try to waste my time with another Revolver Cover.

Installed on a 2017 F150 Lariat with Loading Ramps
I installed on an 2017 F150 Lariat with the factory installed loading ramps. I removed the loading ramps during the install. The cover is leaking slightly near the tailgate. I can't really fault BAK as they don't list this cover as being compatible with the loading ramps. In order to get the tailgate to close with the loading ramp lip, I had to cheat the cover's rails as close as possible to the cab by removing the rubber pads normally left on without a bed liner (or spray in liner in my case). Even with that, the tailgate was a bit bound for a day or two until the seal on the cover broke in a little. I think with a some foam strategically installed I can fix the little bit of leaking I'm getting. The cover rolls up nicely and looks great as it is flush with the top of the bed.

I purchased it last year and installed on my 2019 F-150 XLT 5.5" and It slightly doesn't fit. It can be locked but it's a bit annoying because I have to try locking up both side individually not at a time. I tried to figure it out and re-installed several times. However, It can't be better even worse. I think tonneau cover is little twisted itself since I open it up, there is sound something like stuck in the rail. "Tik, Tik, Tik" This cover is not worth as $1,400. I won't buy it again 100%.
