No, this one was about $12-$15 when I bought it. That was about average for the prices of the GUPs, with the exception of Gup-X (the red one, which ran about $30) and the Gup-A (the teal-ish one, which ran about $24). The newer one, Gup-S, is still rather high (the one seller on here has it priced at just under 100, yikes!).
