Yes. The one I ordered had horns on both sides. It was hard for me to see them too.

Hi Sulley is soft and fluffy. His arms and legs move easily. He would have to be secured to sit on a motorcycle. You can easily move the limbs but they won't stay in that position unless you somehow secure them. I hope this helps. Good luck it sounds like a cute idea.
