Can i mix this in lotion and dishwashing detergent?

I've never tried that. However, I would recommend that after washing the dishes, towel dry your hands so that they are still slightly damp. Apply some of this Glycerin and Rose water solution (I keep mine in a spray bottle for handy application). Then apply a hand lotion over it. This will help to make your hands soft and keep the skin moist. For a more intense moisturizing effect, use a small (just about a pea size) amount of either A&D ointment or Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour creme on your hands, especially working it into areas where the skin is very dry (around cuticles, backs of hands). It takes some effort to work it in to the skin. You can then wipe off any residue with a tissue (if you feel that your skin feel too sticky). I travel a lot and I always keep Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Creme in my bag, since my hands get so dry on the plane. Hope this helps.
