It works!
Been taking these Aloe Vera capsules for a few weeks now and I'm really happy with them. They're easy to swallow and seem to be helping with my occasional digestive discomfort. Plus, I like that they're made with high-quality ingredients and are free of all the usual stuff like gluten and GMOs. Would definitely recommend giving them a try!

IC trigger
I purchased this in hopes of helping my IC (interstitial Cystitis) but it didn’t help- it actually made me flare for a day until I stopped taking it. I did go slow and took only one in the am and one in pm- but the flare was almost within hours - this brand uses the whole leaf of aloe plant using the aloin portion (outer leaf) which can cause triggers for some which I was one of those lucky ones that did get triggered. The other brand that markets strictly to IC only uses the inner leaf and gel which does not cause triggers. Try it because at this price it might help! Unfortunately for me it didn’t help- therefore 3 stars - The quality was good- I love this company for other supplements just not this one.
