I was honestly expecting this to be a bad purchase after reading some of these reviews and I was insanely surprised to see I was wrong. This couch is fantastic! I got it for my room to replace my small sofa that couldn’t fit more than one person comfortably. With the ottoman pushed in I can fit 4 people comfortably on this couch. A lot of people said this sofa was uncomfortable however I disagree. It is a bit firm but not to the point where it’s uncomfortable. I was able to sit on it and play games with my friend for hours with no problems. It’s definitely a larger couch when you combine it with the ottoman so if you’re buying it for a small space make sure you measure your space before hand. As far as I can tell the measurements given in the description are accurate. Assembly wasn’t that hard but it’s definitely a two person job. The sofa comes in two separate boxes and my first box came a couple days before the other box. All parts were included and the only problem I had with assembly was that on one side of the sofa the holes weren’t poked through for the bolts to go in. It was an easy fix though it only took a couple of minutes to cut through the holes. Overall it’s a great sofa and a great price. I’d absolutely recommend buying this. Add a couple of throw pillows for some more comfort and boom you’ve got a great spot to hang out on.

As you can see from the video I'm posting with this, the couch is indeed handsome and really dresses up the space it occupies. The quick and easy switch from entertaining to sleeping to lounging is nice and I feel confident I made the right choice for that reason. However, there are a few issues worth noting, primarily revolving around assembly and the couch interior: 1) The interior wood quality is poor, and if some of the wood pieces were even slightly more damaged/stripped, the washers would not have secured the pieces together properly. I got lucky, though I bet some customers end up with wobbly armrests as a result of quality issues. 2) The instruction manual promises a 30 minute assembly. I have been assembling furniture like this for years, and it still took me over an hour and a half to get all this unboxed and put together. 3) With loads of splintered wood inside and challenges being able to see what you're connecting together, you will not have a fun time with this and may encounter some splinters. 4) The manual does not tell you this, but when you put the screws into the armrests, only put them in HALFWAY. They need to have enough of the screw exposed to go all the way through the part of the couch they are attaching to and still have space for the washer/nut to affix to it. The manual also does not tell you when to use the included tool, so make sure you use it to tighten every nut once it's in place, as tightening will decrease the physical gaps between the various pieces. Finally, you may have to undo some of the screw-in feet in order to connect the sofa piece and the long piece together, though that's not a major problem, just know it's going to happen. I searched for quite a while to find something nice, modular, and long-lasting for under $800, and this was really the only viable option I came up with. I do recommend it, but definitely budget more time to put it together and make sure you have a good flashlight around so you can see what you're doing during the unpleasant assembly process.

I was very disappointed with my purchase . The couch looks so much nicer online😌. First off it it was late I received one side of the couch on then didn't receive the other side of the couch until sometime later the following day and this was after calling and complaining about how my whole couch should have been delivered at the same time as it describes online. The material is cheap! The legs on the couch are cheap made of plastic. I was under the impression that the legs on the couch would be wooden . However they weren't! I can already see small cracks forming in the legs of the couch. The couch is difficult to clean. The couch is also extremely uncomfortable. If you're considering buying this couch DONT! THE CRAFTSMANSHIP HORRIBLE CHEAP FRAME WORK I FEEL LIKE THE FRAME IS GOING TO BREAK! NO SUPPORT IAM A SMALL FRAMED PERSON . I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH WHAT I RECEIVED FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I PAID ! IAM SINGLE MOTHER AS WELL AS DISABLED. I WANT TO SEND IT BACK HOWEVER IT'S MORE OF A HASSLE AS WELL AS EXHAUSTING . IAM HOPING AMAZON AS WELL AS THE VENDOR WILL MAKE IT RIGHT BY RUFUNDING ME AT LEAST HALF THE MONEY FOR THE COUCH!

It looks very nice, and for someone who likes a firm bed (like me) you could even spend the night on this couch. Mine is white, and it came in excellent, clean condition. The ottoman bench is as long as a small love seat, and I use it as extra seating (up against a wall) or as a coffee table (with a tray on top of it). **A word or two of advice about assembly**: everything IS included, but be sure to search for it wherever the black underneath of the couch-base parts is able to be pulled away. The tools you need are also included. I found that, when joining together the chaise lounge part to the other part of the sofa base (the two-cushion part), the given screws were a bit too short to secure nuts on either side. Perhaps for someone with more strength than me it would have been sufficient. But I went out and bought longer screws to make sure the two parts were securely anchored. Also -- it is VERY important to attach the sofa arms tight to the sofa, especially if you intend to lean on them occasionally while sitting. Thirdly, as others have noted, the velcro attaching the ottoman-bench cushion to the ottoman bench are mismatched (their placement is off and , moreover, they are two fuzzy sides instead of one fuzzy and one "catchy"). I bought two, 3/4" wide velcro strips at the corner hardware store and that has done the trick. The cushion stays on perfectly. Finally, don't put any of the legs on until everything else (like, the whole sofa) is assembled, because you will need to access the underside of the couch repeatedly while assembling the sofa. I was able to put this together myself, but I will say it took some head scratching to figure out what was what and where it went. The instructions were mostly helpful. I have had it a little more than a week and am very happy. I am 5'9" and long-legged. I find the chaise lounge part is the perfect length for me. Any dirt that has appeared (i was moving in, so things got bumped) I have wiped off easily with a damp cloth.

I an at a loss as to how the people who review this couch don't think it is as hard as a rock. Do they all own the Flintstones' rock couch and upgraded to this? The couch is reasonably priced and not difficult to put together. It took maybe 20 minutes to put the sides on it and screw on the feet. The issue is that it is not comfortable. It does have some padding -- I'd being a little bit harsh -- but the back pads you don't sink into at all. So what happens is that you are constantly sitting upright. You can't lean back and relax because the back cushions don't have any give. Since the butt cushion isn't very much, er... cushion... it makes for a very stiff sitting experience. The longer leg piece isn't much better. You have room to lean back a little better, but the back cushion is so firm you are still propped up pretty straight. I want to lean back and relax on this thing and it is darn near impossible. It does look good and it fit into the space I needed it to, but people tend to "get stuck" having to sit on this couch. Literally every other seat in the living room is chosen first and this couch is last. That's really the best way to determine a rating for this couch. Sadly, it is a 2.5 star and I was generous and rounded up.

This is a really great couch for the price!!😃 It’s just the right firmness and is very comfortable to sleep on. It came earlier than expected in two big boxes and was packed extremely well. It was relatively easy to assemble and only took me an hour by myself. It would have taken me less time if I had put together in a different order (it did not come with instructions...fortunately I have assembled my own furniture for years so was not a problem for me) Make sure you pull back the velcro cloth back from the bottom of both parts of couch AND the ottoman......all the cushions and the hardware are tucked into them. 1-put the arms on first. Tip couch on its side (arm side up) and attach arm, screw bolts into the arm first, then push through pre-drilled holes in couch......(there are no holes in the cloth, so make your own hole ...I just put my finger through the material. ) 2- Then tip chase lounge on it’s side (arm side up)and repeat as with couch. 3- then tip both couch and chase lounge side by side next to each other onto backs and attach these two parts together. Make sure everything is tightened down as much as possible. 4- then secure cloth Velcro flaps back over the bottom and attach legs. All done!! :) Then tip couch back up into place

I was pleasantly surprised by this couch. When I bought it, it had no reviews but I decided to take the chance. I was looking for a nice white leather couch that could double as guest sleeping. It looks much more expensive than it is and the material looks and feels like real leather. For me, this was true white and as described. The couch is on the firmer side, but I like that. At the same time, the support back cushions look and feel plush. I love that with the ottoman against the couch this becomes the size of a full size bed — I had a guest sleep on it comfortably without an added mattress topper. Don’t be alarmed if pieces seem to be missing — they are hidden inside the couch pieces by secret Velcro compartments. I’m currently using this without the legs because I like the minimalist look of being directly on the floor. I may add the legs at some point in the future. I compared lots of similar options on Amazon and off before deciding on this one. Overall, I think this is a great value for the money, and I am so glad I bought this. I love it and have gotten lots of compliments.

Pros: it’s nice and clean looking. The kids love that it’s like a bed to stretch out on with the ottoman pushed up to the rest. It wasn’t hard to assemble. The Velcro hiding the extra parts under the large pieces is smart. Seems durable (enough for us anyway - we aren’t rough). The price was very affordable. Having a cat I like that it won’t be fabric covered with fur. White matches with anything and I have a very shady/dark living room so it keeps the room bright. Cons: the ottoman had parts hidden inside (as did other pieces) but this one piece had a red “handle” thing (think garbage bag plastic handle) that stucknout and was draped around onto the white material. This strip left a pink mark on the white material that I cannot get off. It’s on the ottoman so it’s not going to be something I can hide. This is my biggest complaint. The black fabric inside the couch piece had holes to fit the bolts through, the chaise did not. No big deal, I used a blade and cut my own, but that chaise also had really messy under fabric that looked to be put in by a very inebriated employee. There was an excess of it and it was really tangled and a mess at the corners (making cutting the holes a bit tricky). All in all, I don’t regret my purchase. I’ll just try my best to hide that pink stripe on the ottoman.
