I use these (4 capsules) on the days I have been to the gym (as i take supplements with caffeine in for performance at the gym) and these really help me have some decent sleep. Otherwise, I would not be able to sleep after having caffeine on those days! I also use them rest of the week , but mainly two a day and i combine them with Passionflower tincture (which has been an absolute life saver for my mental wellbeing and these in combination with Magnesium supplements have helped me to be less reactive (and be able to think before I have an immediate reaction to provocation). I would highly recommend them.

Works well for people who dont like to take take medication and prefer to take the herbal choice worked well for a member of my family

This is the first time that we have used this product. After just 10 days of using this product, I noticed a significant difference in my ability to have better sleep. This, in turn, allowed me to have more productive days. Prior to taking these tablets, I had difficulty in sleeping and also noticed abnormal mood swings. In just a few days, I saw a huge and noticeable difference in my sleep patters, but also in my general mood. I would be happy to recommend these tablets to those experiencing similar symptoms!

I bought this as there are some studies suggesting long covid may be linked to low seratonin. I started with 2 pills a day (100mg) then increased it to 4 (200mg) shortly after. I tried it for nearly a month, but it had zero effect on my fatigue or mood whatsoever. The only change I noticed at all was that it made my sleep quality a little worse, which seems to be counter to what others report. I won’t be continuing past this first bottle. Another £17 down the drain while I wait for any medical professional to help.

A proper dose is 4x tablets (makes 200mg) - so this is VERY OVERPRICED for 90 capsules! Very bad value for money

Definitely works! This has literally changed my life for the better! Just give it at least give days of taking it, before you start to feel.the benefits. Then it's literally "happy days"
