I’m so thankful for this device. For the past 6 months I was in chronic pain in my hip, groin, leg, all the way down to my left foot. Even my lower back hurt. Felt like I was lob sided. I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me. I thought it may be gynecological. My gyno even did an exploratory surgery to see if maybe something was pushing on a nerve. After surgery I started going to the chiro and figured maybe it was my joints. He was able to see that my pelvis was tilted and couldn’t figure out why. He did adjustments for 2 months. I had x rays, ct scans. I did acupuncture for a month. After much of my own research I came to realize it was my psoas muscle. I bought this and I was using it wrong for a while that’s why I didn’t have much results. But then I went to a massage therapist and I was able to see exactly where it was tight based off of where it hurt when he was pressing and after that it was a game changer. After two weeks of using this I’m almost 100% pain free. I’m so thankful to God for bringing this to my attention. I really thought something was seriously wrong with me.

I really wish I had found out about this product years ago! I have had osteitis pubis surgery and sometimes I have pain and tightness in my groin and hip flexors. This product is amazing in providing relief and rehabbing my body. I really recommend it. Very well made and targets the right spots. Sure you can try to target the area with a ball and it would be less expensive but I guarantee this will be more helpful and easier.

Being tall and big I have wild back problems and I had a good fight with some sciatica going down my left leg that was killing me! After really letting my spine relax on this on the big curve it offers. I would push my hips away to get a very loud deep pop in my lower back and it would feel as if my disks moved back into place. It feels away and my problems have stopped and most importantly I'm living pain free now! I was miserable a few weeks ago unable to walk down stairs.

I had been struggling with a snapping hip or something on my left side since 2014 from swimming with fins on.Did physical therapy and always made sure to warm up and cool down doing mobility and stretches, yet always had issues.Day 1 of using the pso rite and playing around with the positioning and I finally found a spot with pretty intense sharp pain, so I wiggled around and rested on it for 3-5 minutes and after that pain free! Now I do it 2-3 times a day for 2-3 minutes since I'm active but I also sit a lot. Would totally recommend if you had hip/lower back pain. I also purchased the mini pso rite for my forearms and shoulder and that little thing is awesome too!

Bought another brand and they were practically identical. Same spacing, density, depth. The other was 1/2 the price. Once competition enters and copies, pricing needs to adjust. Good product though

Just got this thing today and I've got to say it's been great so far. It gets places my foam roller can't reach and I overall feel much less tight in my muscles. I'll be recommending to friends and family.

Sturdy piece of equipment. Bought as repackaged and in new condition. Still learning different uses for it.

It's a great product, but the proportions are off for a smaller frame. It would be helpful if the product was offered in various sizes.

Ich nehme es gar nicht für den Psoas sondern für seitliche Pomuskeln die bei mir fast täglich schmerzhaft verspannt und verknotet sind. Nur Leute die das auch haben wissen wie fies schmerzhaft das ist. Nach paar Minuten triggern ist sofort deutliche Schmerzlinderung spürbar. Ich hab auch den Mini und den Pso Neck, beide auch soooo gut. Eine der besten Erfindungen aller Zeiten.

It’s the best ever device I’ve used for my tight psoas. But would advice it also came as a single( like the edited picture I’ve uploaded). Because if you are pelvic tilted and you want to get to the edges of your sacrum, the other end always get in your way which makes it uncomfortable( I cut mine into two). But aside that it’s the best device yet, for psoas tightness. It’s no waste of time, it goes straight to the point and get the job done in days. I thank the mind that came up with this invention.
