Girlfriend was ecstatic to receive this gift for her birthday. She told me I did good. Thumbs up all around

I am very disappointed in these products. The straightener has a defect. The curling device was just average, you’re better off with the Beachwave. The blow dryer was the only decent item in the box. Very disappointing in customer service. I have contacted seller twice for a refund/exchange but gave had no luck!

The blow dryer and straightener are okay but the wand is so hard how to figure out. I’m not a fan

Ordered this got it today, didn’t tell me that it had been used in the description. Got it, and it’s been used. Hair straightener had yellow stuff around it in the picture above, curling barrel had been used as well. Do better!

I bought this for my sisters birthday in July! The blow dryer started smelling burnt and it no longer turns on anymore… disappointed. I was supposed to get my own this year too… just going to continue looking else where.
