I have a ford fusion 1.6 liter 4cyl eco. will it fit and/or make it sound not like a honda civic muffler delete?

I've never heard these on a sedan, but I'm pretty sure it will sound deeper than a cherry bomb. As for the 4banger, the sound will always leave something to be desired, when you compare it to the other cars that have a beefier V8. If you have room for the muffler it should fit just fine. My '03 explorer had a huge factory muffler.

Is the intake end and exit end end marked?

No theyre not. But they dont need to be cause both ends line up with the rest of the exhaust only one way.
