Definitely, more effective then 5mg, or 10mg, but you should always look up your age and weight online to determine. Everyone's dosage amount is different so check online for melatonin's accurate dosage to take. Other than telling most of you something you already know this is a good product. It has a nice flavor small easy to take helps with a more restful sleep.

I used to think sleeping is a waste of time, couldn't be more wrong. As soon as I start to have a sleeping quality as a goal, my life has changed. First, my humor improved (I was Shrek), my sex life improved, my working performance improved, everything. I started with magnesium, it worked, for a while, then added B complex, improved a little bid more, but still not as I want: one hole sleep from 10p to 6a. Someone stoke to me about melatonin and though, since is a goal, lets try it. Found this one based on the reviews, and that method usually never fails, it works amazingly. Truly recommend it, goal achieved, most of the nights (depending on the noisy neighbors I have), been sleeping without waking up. I'm receiving my second one this week, just few days before the first one ends.

I have used these for a while on the nights that I can't fall asleep. I'm asleep within minutes after taking them. They taste good and are very small. Can't go wrong with this product.

These work great. Dissolves quickly and pleasant taste

12mg Melatonin, used to help me get better sleep. First time using this brand, but am pleased with the product. They work as advertised. Will be ordering more. Never have a complaint with anything I have purchased from Amazon. Worked for Amazon as a temp holiday hire last year in fulfillment center and believe in their brands that are carried. Would love to work again, but cannot work in warehouse again, except maybe in HR or in Whole Foods. Have experience/background for both.

Do not like the taste, taste like medicine. Dissolved fairly quickly. Made me sleepy but did not keep me to sleep as I woke up 3 hours later. ( I do have insomnia so this didn’t work for me, however it worked for my brother.)
