Works perfectly

I purchased the outdoor emergency phone on May 26, 2023. I received the order with no problem. The phone was installed in a church elevator. In November I noticed that the phone was not working. I checked out the phone and called AA Communications and expressed my problem with the phone. The AA rep was told what was going on with phone. He told me he would put a new phone in the mail. Very nice man and took care of my problem. The replacement phone was sent to me at no cost. I installed the new phone and it works great. I began to troubleshoot the old phone and got it to working. I called AA Comunications back and told them what happened with the first phone and offered to pay him for the replacement phone. He said, " You do not owe me anything, just keep the new phone as under warranty." I offered to pay shipping and he declined. Keep the phone and thanks for contacting AA Communications. I wanted Amazon to know I was very pleased with AA Communications for standing behind their product. I would recommend them to anyone.

Product just as shown, fast delivery

No flexibility. 9-1-1 didn't want accidental calls and couldn't program this. Bought a Rath phone and they helpmed me through the process.

I wish the emergency buttons were functional rather than having to press 911.

We are thrilled with this phone! Had to have one for the pool at our campground - this is perfect.

We are using this next to our community pool. Since it auto dials 9-1-1, we are not concerned with other unauthorized uses. It has been registered as direct dial to 911 with our local responders to eliminate any confusions. For the price, I was expecting a bit better phone. The one included looks like it cost about $5.00 maximum. The box however is sturdy and weather tight. On balance, if you want the auto dial feature, this will work, with the above caveats.
