Q: How wide is the actual bridge gap? trying to decide if it will fit ontop of a reasonably beefy gate.

I have measured the gap, would sit happily on a round bar of 60mm, probably would be ok if the bar were square. Hope this helps.

Q: Are there trays compatible with these?

Not designed to be used with trays as the idea is that the pots sit on the fence/ balcony so water drips straight underneath.

Q: Where can I find spare screws used to hold them in position?

My baskets just go on the top of a standard fence ,i use no screws for fixing to the fence

Q: What width/diameter is the maximum thickness that the rail can be for it to hang over please?

I just measured 8 cms world be maximum but best a little under that to make sure they are secure on the bars ... there is a little gadget to ensure it fits right... I’m very pleased with these fence hanging baskets now with sweet peas I’m going to train downwards
