Excellent quality and does the job with ease!
I am obsessed with this steamer! I've never used one before - it was easy to use, heats up in 9 minutes and the steam quality was perfect - it cleaned gunk in my shower that has literally been there for years, despite my constant scrubbing. I was using it in a shower so I highly recommend ear protection as it was quite loud - but powerful! The hose is long and so easy to use. I can't wait to use the other attachments in other parts of my home. I highly recommend this product!

Wagner Cleaner - a good choice
Wagner Spraytech 0282014 Steam Cleaner: I really like the ease of use for this product. Tried cleaning the grout in my floor tile and it did a great job. I am a senior citizen and cleaning grout lines is getting harder for me but this product enables me to do a good job without much strain on my body. The company was very prompt in their response to a chat I had one day with them. They followed up with me as well so I am impressed with their customer service. Good product!

It’s compact, packs power and would be great for a detailing cars
So I’d saw videos where this is suppose to be great at cleaning oven doors, the grill etc. it didn’t do my oven door, ended up using the razor blade scraper to get it clean, tried with my grill and it done so so, ended up still using a wire brush and before anyone says you’re not suppose to use wire anymore… sometimes it’s the only thing to get stuck on off. I’ve not used it yet to remove wallpaper and this was a selling point for me because I’ve got 25 year old wallpaper in my bathroom and whoever put it up used contact paper in places under it. So far the place where I’ve really seen this steamer shine is bringing the shine back on my dirty car doors. Got to say it really knocked untelling how many years worth of build up grime off the doors and door frame. I’m including pictures of some before and after pictures, I’d already started cleaning before taking the before but there’s enough grime that you can tell a difference. Now that I’ve got all that cleaned including seals, I’ve got products ordered to go on my door seals that’s not petroleum based and the white grease to put on the door hinges and locks. It’s a 15 year old car but it’s gotta do me, so taking care of it is my goal. You use distilled water/ it’s a little loud, enough to get neighbors attention lol, very light weight ( good for my arthritis in carrying) it also has a handle lock system that is very handy, you can lock it when not in using it at the moment to keep from accidentally touching it and spraying yourself( I’m clumsy enough to do that lol) it also helps when you are using the sprayer on an area for extended period of time because you can lock it to stay on and not continuously hold the handle in again arthritic hands. It heats up quickly and gets very hot, it holds more water than what you would think and does for a long time. It seems to have enough power to well as you’ll see in the photos clean up that grime, again it’s very compact in size and even has a small storage space for some of the tools. Would give this 5 stars invited worked on the oven door and better on the Grill.

Absolutely Love This Steam Cleaner!
I can’t say enough good things about this steam cleaner! It works wonderfully and has completely changed the way I clean. The steam power is strong and effective, making tough messes and grime disappear with ease. One of my favorite features is the multiple attachments—they make it so versatile! I’ve used it on floors, kitchen surfaces, bathroom tiles, and even upholstery. Switching between attachments is quick and simple, and each one feels like it was designed for a specific job. The build quality is solid, and it heats up fast, so I’m not waiting around to get started. Plus, it’s lightweight and easy to maneuver, which makes cleaning less of a chore. If you’re looking for a reliable steam cleaner that delivers amazing results and offers flexibility for different cleaning tasks, this is the one. Highly recommend!

Powerful Steam Cleaner — Great for Deep Cleaning
The Wagner 915e has been a really solid steam cleaner so far. It heats up quickly and puts out a strong, steady stream of steam that makes deep cleaning a lot easier. I’ve used it on floors, grout, and other hard surfaces, and it does a great job loosening dirt without needing any chemicals. The attachments are easy to swap, and the unit rolls smoothly as you work. It’s been excellent for general cleaning and feels like a sturdy, well‑built tool to have around.

Sprays more water than steam!
I bought this after reading all the positive reviews and I had high expectations. I will list where I used the steamer and how it performed in those areas. Floors: I immediately used the floor attachment to mop my floor and I gotta say that I was not impressed. It cleaned my floor, but it did not easily remove stuck on food that was on the floor. I even hovered the steamer on top of the stain for a couple of seconds and it still did not come off. It took some scrubbing (the floor attachment is a brush that you just put a pad over) and various passes over the food for it to come of. Stove top: I then used it on my stove (with is what I mainly bought it for). I only used steam and did not use the provided brush heads and it did very little on my stove. Some grease did come off but my stained stove top is still stained. I also want to add that these are not old stains as I just moved into my apartment 2 weeks ago. So I was not impressed that it could not even remove recent stove stains. I will have to go back and clean those stains since it did not clean well. Carpet: I used the steamer to remove stained areas on my carpet where the ATT cable guy had left tracks of some type of dried up figs (there is a fig tree by out apartment). In this area the steamer worked wonderfully! I just sprayed a little steam over the area and went over it with a rag and it cleaned up the stain nicely. Toilet: I used the steamer to clean the toilet and it preformed fairly well with just the steam and a rag to wipe up the mess. Keep in mind however my toilet is not that dirty but it did have stains from my toddler "missing" the toilet when he peed. Mirrors/Widows: This is where the steamer performed HORRIBLY IN!! The steamer would throw out more water than steam and there were streaks of water coming down my mirror! It especially did this when I was first pressing the steam trigger after letting go for awhile. I had to stop steaming because it was making a bigger mess than it was cleaning. Couch: I then used the floor attachment and rag (clean one) on my couches. Keep in mind my couches are microfiber so they are supposed to clean easily. Well once again the steamer through out more water than steam at times and parts of my couch ended up extremely wet. However, it did clean them fairly well (only leaving an occasional stain behind). I think this is where the brush on the floor attachment works well (this is the same attachment used on the couches). Overall, I think the steamer worked OK. It really annoyed me that it literally squirted water out instead of steam at times. Keep in mind also that I did not use any of the small brushes that came. And that the handle can also get too hot to even hold which for me is a problem since I have arthritis so I would have to wear gloves. I have my reserves of whether or not I would purchase this unit again especially at its not higher price (it went up over $7 since I purchased it on 07/24/12. However, I am keeping it and do not hate it enough to go through the hassle of returning this big unit to amazon.

Needs some elbow work for tough jobs, but results are rewarding.
I haven't used a steam cleaner since I was 17. It looked like a mini Zamboni for cleaning floors, when I was a student at Northfield Mt Hermon school , and it was my job. And when I went to work summers there. I didn't know how small it was. But good things come in small packages. I've been a bachelor for 25 years. I came home to care for my Mother 20 years ago. She kept the house neat as long as she could. I was a Factory Rep, long hours on the road, 200-400 miles a day. House work wasn't my bag, Dad. When she passed I worked even more. After 10-12 hours, who wants to do housework? Now I'm retired, for the 2nd time. This place is a mess. I need help. So I bought this. The bath is horrible. I take a shower. I go out, do a little yard work, go do some photography, go for a long bike ride. Take a shower. My Daughter needs a place to live for a while, so I told her Sure! "Can you clean the bath?" So, I bought this. Who cares what the bath looks like, as long as I'm clean? It took over three hours. I'd fill it and wait 10 minutes for it to heat up till the light went off. At 40 ounces it has one of the biggest tanks and a good rating. Of course I did it on the hottest days of the month. in the end, it was worth it. She came in to help with cleaning, took a look at the bath, and said "WOW! It's a snap to use, but as some people have said, it's hard on your hand to hold the trigger. I have strong hands, and after the full 40 minutes it wore me down. Then there's a 30 minute wait until your next session. The results are worth it. This is a 61 year old bathtub with little care. The black spots need to be filled in with grout repair. But it needs more than one microfiber cloth for the "clothes steamer", what I used to clean the tiles and the tub. 5 would be nice. And the large floor brush runs the steam down fast. You have to stop and wait to get full power. And the "large" brushes are tiny. 4 inches would be nice. My next attack will be the 30 year old No Wax floor in the kitchen. Watch this space, it's coming tomorrow. Oh, and I also bought distilled water at the grocery. Distilled water is $1.49 a gallon. White vinegar is $2.99 a gallon, and requires a 30 minute cleaning time if you use tap water. I prefer using the time to ride my bicycles. After 3 hours cleaning time, I've used 1/3 gallon.

Defective tank cap on an otherwise great product
Final update: after troubleshooting this issue of the cap becoming displaced after heating, I found the mismatch of metals between the softer brass cap and the female outlet on the tank can cause these issue when heated. It was recommended to me to try a high-heat silicone oil with a new cap to help this issue. That will help protect the brass from wear. So far that seems to be working. I’m on my 3rd cap. 5th edit: the new cap I bought worked well for a while, then I used the steamer after not using it for a few months and the new cap won’t come off after it heated and cooled. This is the most frustrating appliance I’ve purchased, because I love it and want it to work. I’m so careful when I screw the cap in, but something happens when the machine heats up and the cap warps and won’t come off. 4th (?) edit: I couldn’t tell you why I had so many problems with the original steam tank cap suddenly being mis-threaded and leaking when the cleaner heated or cooled. But I bought a new cap through Amazon and it works perfectly again. I’ve used it maybe 10x now and the new cap is still holding. I love this steamer so much when it works. I will keep replacing the cap every time it begins to leak. Additional edit: I have had to knock the tank cap back into place twice now – and did that as gently as I could. I have found that I cannot let the tank fully cool to completely cold, and then heat it up again, with the tank cap in place. That seems to cause some type of warping and often the tank will start leaking steam on the 2nd use. My workaround is to release the pressure after the tank has cooled at least 10-20 minutes, then leave the cap on partially screwed on. Even treating the cap with the utmost care, the metal and plastic of the cap are starting to separate (?) and I need a new tank cap. I have messaged the company for a resolution, and I'm happy to pay for a replacement part if needed. It's too bad because I love using this steamer and it works so well for cleaning everything! Edit: I'm changing my review below, because a nice woman at the Wagner company helped me with the tank cap issue. The resolution is to take the handle of a screw driver and knock the cap so the threads pop into an interlocking position. I'm not assured that this cap won't start to leak or become mis-threaded more often as I use the machine more and more. It's a high-pressure tank, so I want it to be as safe as possible. I have been extremely careful to thread the cap on properly, since I returned the first machine with a stuck cap and re-purchased another one, and it still got mis-threaded. That said, I do absolutely love everything else about this model – except the super short power cord. But I can live with that. I wish I wouldn't have had to go through the return of the first machine to figure out that it's a design issue. Original review: This is the 2nd version of this machine I have bought, the first one I was able to return within the window. These steam cleaners have a flaw where the cap to the water tank becomes spontaneously mis-threaded and you can neither get the cap off nor on. This happened while I was operating the cleaner and I was burned mildly by steam leaking out the cap. I have been extremely gentle and cautious with the machine after this happened to the first one. It's too bad because it works great otherwise, and now I have to buy a steam cleaner of a different brand.
