Pay attention to the negative reviews
I gave it the benefit of a doubt and bought it anyway. It didnโt work with my eGpu and Ayaneo Flip. The original cable that came with my egpu still works, I just needed something longer. Dunno why itโs so hard to find one that works.

I can confirm it does not work with the gpd g1, but it does work with other adapters, I assume the gpds cable they sell is the only one that will work with the g1
