Great product. I've been taking these for over a year now.

I love this stuff. I don’t really know what sea moss is, I just heard it was good for you. This is a good way to try it if you’re like me and don’t know how to prepare it the other way. I felt like my skin improved, digestion health, improved and I also felt like it worked as a dietary supplement. I wasn’t as hungry while taking it. And I felt like it gave me lots of energy. Doesn’t taste like anything capsules are vegan

Definitely feels like a quality product. 🧠 Focus: Haven’t noticed a significant change yet, but it may take more time for benefits to show. 😴 Sleep Quality: No negative impact on my sleep — if anything, it’s been the same as before starting these. 👌 Ease of Use: Easy to take, no weird aftertaste, and bottle is clearly labeled. 😊 Stomach Upset: Zero stomach issues — which is a big plus for me with supplements. ⚡ Speed: No quick results for me so far, but I’m giving it more time before making a final judgment. ⭐ Rating: 4/5 — Everything about the product seems good so far, I just haven’t noticed personal results yet.

This stuff is awesome! I began this while 8n last stages of pregnacy & I noticed just overall feeling better immediately. Continued while breastfeeding and our baby only poos once a week because my breastmilk is so healthy & exactly what she needs. Don't worry, this is normal as long as they aren't in pain. We were concerned at first until I talked to other mamas & also researched it. My other 2 went #2 everyday but I didn't eat as healthy at the time & I wasn't on this stuff. It's the only supplement I was taking at the time. I'm also taking another one for some allergies as well-full disclaimer. Now buying a 2nd one of the sea moss. It's the 1st item from Amazon I'm considering subscribing to. I feel great & follow directions on taking it. My baby is very healthy & has no digestion issues/discomforts. Came reccomended by a health fanatic friend of mine.

Let me just start by saying that I noticed no increase in energy, libido, drive, clarity, or even mucus removal. *EDIT: I did not realize that the mucus coming up was actually being broken apart from years of harsh chemical use, and I had no idea, which is partly my fault; it is also partly the company’s fault for not making that fact equally apparent.* I’ve included a picture of these capsules in a bowl. On the back of the bottle it reads “Color of this product may vary due to color variations of the natural ingredients.” All of these capsules are the same exact color, a dull tan/brown. All of them. Not one of them is different in color. However, I will note that I have a nervous system condition which causes me to take a benzodiazepine as needed, and used to take a fraction of that benzodiazepine daily in raw anticipation of having a partial onset seizure. I do not need to take that anymore since I’ve been taking these, and my anxiety is way down; these are likely linked. *Edit: after taking the alternate brand, then going without any sea moss capsule for nearly a month, I can definitely feel a difference between my energy then and my energy now. I do not know if my energy now is simply a result of the dead of winter and not wanting to move about, but it is noticeably different, regardless. In any case the energy decrease is noted, so I feel that is worth at least an extra star, in combination with the misunderstanding of the mucus removal and how that would appear. NOTE: even without taking these capsules, I am still working up mucus, so take that for what it’s worth. I likely did notice a difference in clarity as well, which works in tandem with energy, but there’s just too many factors at play to know what’s what. I will have to take these for a full year to really give you guys the best review, but I will definitely be purchasing again. I appreciate it.

I got this after reading the reviews and not quite sure what the effects were meant to do? People wrote about energy increase etc There was nothing. Like taking a kids vitamin really. So not worth it
