Great for pain

I have tried everything on my arm for muscles and joints and this is one of the best gels! Don’t waster your money on all the other gels

i have tried all three versions of this the Medline ActivICE Topical Pain Reliever Roll On and the Medline ActivICE Spray and now this one the Medline ActivICE Topical Pain Reliever Gel and i have to say they do help. for minor pains i think the spray works the best followed by the gel . I have heard some people talk about this helping with severe back pains i do not agree with that but it does help with minor pains well i would recommend this to others i am sure it will help some more than others but i do be leave this is a good product that can help at least to some degree. With that said i will be buying more myself as long as the price does not change to much.

Was suggested by his chiropractor and love to switch between our other cream which feels like fire, so when he wants it put on we say which one "fire" or "ice"
