I was stymied installing a dash camera in my 2023 Honda Passport because I didn't want to run a power cable down the A-pillar to a cigarette lighter socket. I hate how that looks and I didn't want anything non-factory furnished next to the air bag at that location. This power adapter is just what I was looking for! I texted Dongar, asking if this would fit my car (because it wasn't listed) and got an immediate reply saying it would work. Installation is a snap and I have my dash cam installed and working. I'm very happy with this purchase!

2021 Honda Ridgeline RTLE. This worked perfect for plugging in my dash cam, installs incredibly easy. The only negative is that the plug-ins are bright green. Cover with black tape if this bothers you.

Truly plug and play for a 2022 Ridgeline. The green connectors are a little obnoxious, could improve the product by going black, but overall they are out of sight to the driver. Worked good when paired with the Garmin Mini 3.

Works for the 2025 Honda Ridgeline, just some masking tape and some matte black spray paint to cover up the green bits and you have a nice clean look for your dash cam set up.

Functionally? Perfect. Plugged it into my Ridgeline, dashcam fired right up, no splicing, no fuse drama—just good clean plug-and-play joy. It delivers power like a champ and does exactly what it’s supposed to. But riddle me this, Dongar: why is it fluorescent green?? Like… neon, highlighter, "look at me I’m radioactive" green. My entire dash is sleek black, gray, subtle tones… and then BAM! There's this bright green plastic gremlin just vibing under my mirror like it’s trying to flag down aircraft. Did I accidentally order the rave edition? The "Monster Energy-sponsored Honda" version? Don’t get me wrong—it works great. But if it had just been black like every other piece of plastic in my car, I wouldn’t feel like I was constantly being mocked by a tiny, lime-colored USB plug every time I get in. If it was black it would have got 5 stars.

great product. made installation of dash cam simple. Did not need the long power cord that came with the dash cam.

Works as advertised. Using it with a dash cam on a 2020 Pilot. One thing that I wasn't sure of was if the usb powered off when the car is shut off. It does power off which (for me) is nice.

5 minute install and no more hanging wires or having to pass wires or deal with fuses. It fitted my 2021 Honda pilot without and issues. You turn ignition on it powers up, you turn it off and it shuts down. This is great Adapter comes with 3 different usb options, usb A to C, A to micro B and A to mini B
