Sole Unisex-Adult Regular

These insoles are life changing for lower back and leg pain or fatigue. Worth every penny! They last a decent amount of time too. I always just pull them and put in the next pair of work boots and never have that break in period. Highly recommend them! I broke my lower back so its a struggle with shoes and boots and working 12+ hour shifts on concrete. I couldn't walk a lot after work but these changed that. Happy I found them and recommend these any day. Super happy with them!

Amazing arch support and durability. I now have a pair in 3 different pairs of shoes and won’t leave home without them. I have a very high arch and had a history of plantar fasciitis. I’m also hyper mobile, so the stiffness is perfect to support my foot and keep everything from wobbling too much. I feel a substantial difference if I try to walk any measurable distance without them. I’m a huge fan!!

Sole inserts were recommended by my podiatrist and the metatarsal feature in this insert makes my feet happy and pain free. Worth every penny!!!

This is the brand my OT uses, so I decided to try it. The insoles are comfortable, and I seem to be getting good support. Be aware that you have to heat them in the oven so that they'll mold to your feet.

If I could give it 10 stars I would! I changed out the soles of my pickleball shoes with these! I had soreness daily after playing but after I changed out the soles this made a huge difference. It took no time to get used to . Love it!

These are worth every penny. As someone who works in a hospital, walks about 5-6+miles a day, my feet hurt. I ended up getting plantar fasciitis in my left foot, wearing a boot for 9 months on it & having surgery. I wore these in my shoe on run got foot & in my boot.Post recovery; I wore my Gaviota HOKA’s out, replaced them with a new set of these. I would not be able to walk & stand for hours without these.They are amazing

I like these, but the metatarsal pad isn't really aggressive enough, versus like putting a PediFix felt metatarsal pad into your shoe is. The bump is barely there with these. I'll use them in my casual daily life, but if I'm actually going to be on my feet all day, I don't feel like these are the right thing--I guess I'll have to keep adding metatarsal pads to my insoles separately.

These insoles saved my life! I was walking with pain for about 5 month. After purchasing them in March, 3 month later the pain is GONE! Highly recommend!
